Personalized Onboarding
- Design layout: We'll show you some of our layouts or templates that clients choose from, which helps to develop the site efficiently and produce a custom website with your branding in mind.
- Content mapping: We have already done the research on what content the website will need based on keyword research and an SEO audit done prior to this onboarding meeting. We will now confirm, prioritize and get approval on which content to write.
- SEO strategies: We will lay out the home page and site content according to our Silo structure, as well as the main service areas to optimize for.
- Lead delivery details: With necessary information and updates provided by you, we're ready to create a test site before your actual website goes live.
Week 2
Site Design and Layout Complete
- When our test site is ready, we will check the whole site with the help of our experts, from layout to content responsiveness, links, site performance, images, and more vital infrastructure.
- Next, we'll meet with you to demonstrate your test site, gauging your feedback and making any necessary adjustments or improvements.
- When your site review is complete, we will provide a briefing about our website development process. Based on our review, our advice and your input, we will make any necessary changes to prepare your site for a successful launch.
Week 3-4
Content Optimization
- To develop a site properly, content is a must. Without content optimization, site development can't be complete. That's why our experts and knowledgeable writers will start writing after onboarding the site (week 1).
- Within weeks 3–4, our writers will finish all the necessary content based on your client master file. This is constructed at the time of onboarding and provides the "instructional manual" we need to build the best possible site for you.
- Your content is then sent to our front-end and graphics team. There, we'll add the right images and cascading style sheets (CSS) that determine the site's overall presentation, style, unique characteristics. This gives your content its unique "look".
Week 4-5
Review Test Site with Client
- After completing the front-end and graphics team process, our review specialists will review all content and make all necessary corrections and changes. The review process helps make your site more organized, professional, concise, SEO optimized, and easier to read and navigate.
- Before your site goes live, we will fully review the test site with you. When you're fully satisfied that that design, content, and localized features of your site are satisfactory, we'll move forward with the site-live process, per your approval.
Week 6-8
Go Live
- Now the real work begins here. In this stage, the team at Galaxy SEO will do the final check or QC of the entire site to optimize it properly.
- After all site checks and fixes for quality control, we're ready to show you your new website. With your approval, the site can go live. Our SEO team will build backlinks and check your site's Google search console and analytics for optimized performance.
- We keep developing content and establishing links to further improve the performance of your website and your overall online presence in your local industry.
